noodlehead's gathered clutch

Ok, so a few weeks ago I said I was going to try out Noodlehead's gathered clutch tutorial- I did that day and I'm finally getting around to posting the pictures of my clutch! The zipper was a little intimidating to try at first... but I think it turned out great!

I've had this adorable fabric for a while now and have been waiting for the perfect project to use it on- I just love how it turned out, what do you think?

Today while looking for a clutch tutorial I stumbled upon this little number by Noodlehead:I've tried to stay away from using zippers.... but this seems like an easy project to try them out on. Wish me luck- off to the sewing machine : )
